L’Agence nationale pour l’Emploi (AnpE) a organisé, le jeudi 25 juillet 2024 à la préfecture de Parakou, une séance d’information et de sensibilisation sur le volontariat, rassemblant de nombreux jeunes.

L’AnpE œuvre inlassablement pour l’insertion professionnelle des jeunes au Bénin. C’est dans ce cadre qu’elle a organisé la séance de sensibilisation des jeunes de Parakou sur le volontariat. En effet, le volontariat est une démarche où des individus choisissent librement de consacrer leur temps, leurs compétences et parfois leurs ressources à des activités d’intérêt général sans attendre de rémunération financière. A l’occasion de l’ouverture de la séance d’information et de sensibilisation, Edgard Sambieni, Chef de l’Antenne départementale de l’AnpE du Borgou, représentant le Directeur Général, a expliqué que les volontaires s’engagent pour diverses causes telles que l’aide humanitaire, la protection de l’environnement, l’éducation, la santé, et le développement communautaire.
« Le volontariat joue un rôle crucial dans le développement de notre société. Il renforce les liens communautaires, favorise l’entraide et contribue à des projets d’intérêt général. Grâce à l’engagement bénévole de nombreux citoyens, des actions concrètes sont accomplies pour améliorer les conditions de vie de notre population », a-t-il ajouté.
Ensuite, Alphonsine AKOKO, Conseillère en emploi à l’Antenne départementale AnpE du Borgou, quant à elle, a présenté l’AnpE et son offre de service.
Pour Colombe Doyigbé Moustapha, Directrice des Ressources Humaines de l’AnpE, la stratégie de volontariat de l’agence a pour objectif d’impacter 1000 jeunes cette année, avec déjà 300 touchés grâce aux sessions à Abomey-Calavi, Bohicon et maintenant Parakou.
Présente à la séance, MONGUEDE Adjehoda Tchindro, Président du Conseil d’Administration de CIRPRODEC ONG, a dirigé une formation sur la gestion et l’animation de projet, équipant les participants des compétences nécessaires pour devenir des animateurs de projets efficaces. À la fin de cette formation, les jeunes devraient être capables de mieux communiquer, de connaître leur rôle en tant qu’animateurs de projet, de préparer des séances efficacement et de travailler comme animateurs de projet dans une structure. Cette formation a été précédée d’une communication sur la déontologue du volontariat donnée par Josué GOUWAKINNNOU, Conseiller au Collectif Alafia-Fifa.
L’AnpE opte pour l’insertion professionnelle via le volontariat
L’AnpE réaffirme ainsi son engagement à promouvoir le volontariat comme un levier d’insertion professionnelle, aidant les jeunes à acquérir des compétences transversales recherchées par les employeurs, telles que la communication et le leadership. En s’engageant dans divers projets, les volontaires élargissent également leur réseau professionnel, augmentant ainsi leurs chances sur le marché de l’emploi. “En offrant des opportunités de volontariat, chacun peut développer ses compétences, acquérir de nouvelles expériences et contribuer activement au développement de notre pays. Le volontariat renforce ainsi l’employabilité, offrant aux volontaires plus de chances sur le marché de l’emploi, a souligné Edgard Sambieni. Au terme de la séance de sensibilisation, les participants ont exprimé leur satisfaction quant aux communications qui leur ont étéprésentées. Ils ont remercié l’AnpE pour cette formation à Parakou.
